Hi Mom and Pop,

You would have been proud of us!   We had a great day June 29 flagging fences at The Nature Conservancy Crooked Creek Ranch in eastern Idaho.  A half-dozen volunteers, led by TNC staff, flagged more than three miles of fence.  We were able to work quickly, since we took your advice and pre-assembled flags and clips before we went in the field.  Also, we put the assembled flags in plastic buckets to take to the field. This made for quicker retrieval for hanging  than having them suffed back in the plastic bags.

It is very satisfying to see all those sturdy flags flapping on the fences, warning the sage grouse away from danger.

Attached are a couple of photos.  Feel free to use.

Thanks,
